iGripStore.com is a Canadian owned and operated business, we ship directly from our warehouse in the province of Quebec. All prices on our website are in Canadian dollars (CAD). 

 

🚫 Canada Post Strike – Return Policy Update

 

Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, some packages that were already in transit may currently be stuck or indefinitely delayed.

Unfortunately, this situation is beyond our control. Here’s how we are handling it:

 

  1. If your order is affected, you may place a new order for the same product, which we will ship immediately using an alternate carrier (e.g. Purolator or FedEx).

  2. Once the strike is over and your original package eventually arrives, you can return it to us for a full refund (as long as the product is unopened and in resalable condition).

  3. ⚠️ Please note:

    -We will not cover the return shipping cost of the original package — it must be arranged and paid for by the customer.

    -If you choose not to place a new order and simply return the original item once it arrives, the original shipping fee will not be refunded.

    -We reserve the right to cancel any order if the shipping cost is unreasonably high due to remote location or carrier limitations.*

We understand this is frustrating and sincerely appreciate your patience and cooperation during this unusual situation.

🇺🇸 U.S. Shipping Suspension Notice

Due to the recent U.S. trade tariffs imposed under the Trump administration and the resulting complications at the border (including excessive duties, delays, and uncertainty), we have made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend all sales and shipments to the United States.

We understand this may cause frustration for some of our valued U.S. customers, and we are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience.

As a Canadian company, we pride ourselves on offering quality products and reliable service — but under the current trade enforcement environment, it is no longer viable for us to ship to the U.S. without impacting prices, timelines, and customer satisfaction.

👉 Until this trade conflict is resolved, we will only be serving customers within Canada.

We thank you for your understanding and hope to resume U.S. shipping as soon as the situation allows.

Return Policy

You must contact our customer service department to return any goods purchased from us so they can authorize your return. Therefore, if you need to return a product, please send us an email at support@iGripStore.com and we will assist you.

You may return new, unused/unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a refund. All items that are returned to us must be in perfect condition, their packaging included. Please note that the initial shipping charges can't be refunded and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for administration fee.

PACKAGE RETURNED

In instances where a package is returned to our warehouse due to it being unclaimed, or due to an address error for which we are not responsible, we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee if a refund is issued. Alternatively, we can re-ship the package, but the shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

Please also take note the initial shipping cost will not be refunded.
