iGripStore.com is a Canadian owned and operated business, we ship directly from our warehouse in the province of Quebec. All prices on our website are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Shipping Rate Calculation
Shipping fees are calculated automatically based on the total weight of your order.
This ensures fair and accurate pricing, tailored to the items you purchase (studs, kits, tools, etc.).
Tracking Number
All shipments include a tracking number, regardless of the size or value of the order.
Order Processing Time

🇺🇸 U.S. Shipping Suspension Notice
Due to the recent U.S. trade tariffs imposed under the Trump administration and the resulting complications at the border (including excessive duties, delays, and uncertainty), we have made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend all sales and shipments to the United States.
We understand this may cause frustration for some of our valued U.S. customers, and we are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience.
As a Canadian company, we pride ourselves on offering quality products and reliable service — but under the current trade enforcement environment, it is no longer viable for us to ship to the U.S. without impacting prices, timelines, and customer satisfaction.
👉 Until this trade conflict is resolved, we will only be serving customers within Canada.

Return Policy
You must contact our customer service department to return any goods purchased from us so they can authorize your return. Therefore, if you need to return a product, please send us an email at support@iGripStore.com and we will assist you.
You may return new, unused/unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a refund. All items that are returned to us must be in perfect condition, their packaging included. Please note that the initial shipping charges can't be refunded and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for administration fee.
PACKAGE RETURNED
In instances where a package is returned to our warehouse due to it being unclaimed, or due to an address error for which we are not responsible, we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee if a refund is issued. Alternatively, we can re-ship the package, but the shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
Please also take note the initial shipping cost will not be refunded.
