Return Policy
You must contact our customer service department to return any goods purchased from us so they can authorize your return. Therefore, if you need to return a product, please send us an email at: support@igripstore.com and we will assist you.
You may return new, unused/unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a refund. All items that are returned to us must be in perfect condition, their packaging included. Please note that the initial shipping charges can't be refunded and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for administration fee.
PACKAGE RETURNED
In instances where a package is returned to our warehouse due to it being unclaimed, or due to an address error for which we are not responsible, we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee if a refund is issued. Alternatively, we can re-ship the package, but the shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
Please also take note the initial shipping cost will not be refunded.
